Sander H. Gibson:
Sander retired as a business law attorney with Gascon & Associates L.L.P. in Montreal, Quebec, in February 2024, after forty-one (41) years with Gascon, having specialized in entertainment law, commercial-corporate transactions, and commercial arbitration. Sander also acted as commercial and corporate counsel to non-entertainment industry clients, concentrating on joint venture, asset and licensing transactions.
He was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 1976, after having obtained both a Bachelor of Arts (1971) and a Bachelor of Civil Law (1974) from McGill University.
Sander continues to practice as an arbitrator and mediator in entertainement and commercial-corporate matters, from his office in Toronto. He has been a Chartered Arbitrator since 2005.
